Mathilde Coëffé wrote the book « Le matériel corporel humain » (Human tissue) which recently has been published. The book tries to clarify the legal framework regarding the usage of human tissue in Belgium. In the upcoming months, an update will be published, given the new law of 19 March 2013 amending the legal framework for biobanks and such.
